Talmera is thrilled to be exhibiting at Gulfood 2021. As other trade shows have moved online, the organizers of Gulfood have been working overtime to ensure that exhibitors and visitors are safe as they go about their business. This year the booths in the USDEC pavilion have been redesigned with safety as a top priority, including adding plexiglass shields to all booths.
The food sampling and tasting displays in the aisle have, sadly, had to be removed. While this means we’ll have to bring our own snacks instead of browsing the expo for tidbits, it also ensures everyone is safe. The expo has also embraced more tech-focused solutions to promote safety. This includes contact information being shared electronically to avoid sharing materials. Finally, Gulfood will be limiting the number of people in each booth at a time to ensure proper social distancing.
Thanks to these new guidelines we’re confident about participating in the expo and staying safe while meeting and catching up with new and existing customers! Talmera will be there every day (Sunday to Thursday) representing our partners including Hilmar Ingredients and Associated Milk Producers International (AMPI) along with a selection of other US dairy suppliers.
We will also be debuting at Gulfood our full range of MERA products, designed specifically for the foodservice industry. MERA products can best be defined by our mission statement, “We supply great dairy ingredients that inspire chefs and foodservice operators to delight their customers with excellent, well-prepared recipes”. We accomplish this by providing carefully selected, high quality products which are affordable and packaged with foodservice in mind.
